Click a cell, pick a shift preset built from your own opening hours, choose the area (grill, register, delivery). Each employee's availability and time-off requests show right there while you build.

They scan, they see their shifts

License terms, in plain English
- Every plan covers one business (one location, unlimited staff). A second location is a second plan.
- The license belongs to the owner who bought it. If the business is sold or changes hands, the license does not transfer — the new owner starts their own plan. This applies to Lifetime too.
- Monthly and Yearly stop when you stop paying; your data stays exportable. Lifetime never expires.
- Your signup or license code is unique to your business and works once. Don't share it.

Questions
I have my code — where do I sign up?
Go to shiftpost.work/app, click Sign up with a code, and enter the code, your business name and a manager password. After that, the same address is where you sign in — or use the bookmark link inside the app to skip the login.
Do my employees need to download anything?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone's camera, which opens a web page. They can add it to their home screen so it looks and opens like an app — nothing is installed from an app store.
How do you know which employee is looking?
Each person on your staff list gets a 4-digit PIN that you hand them. They type their name and PIN once and the phone remembers it. No emails, no passwords, no employee accounts.
What's in the $250 setup fee?
A live session where we set up your business hours, job areas, staff list and PINs with you, build your first week together, and print your first QR poster. You leave the call running. It's waived on the Yearly plan and included in Lifetime.
What exactly does the Lifetime license cover?
One business, one owner, forever — including every future update. You get a license code that unlocks the software permanently. It does not transfer if the business is sold; the new owner starts their own plan.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Monthly to Yearly or Lifetime any time — we credit what you've already paid that period. Yearly to Lifetime the same way.
What happens if my internet goes down while I'm building the schedule?
You keep working. Everything saves on your own computer. Employees' phones keep showing the last posted schedule.
Can employees swap shifts or clock in?
Not today. ShiftPost does scheduling, availability, coverage and attendance records. Shift swaps with manager approval are next on the roadmap; a time clock and payroll are not planned — we'd rather export cleanly to the one you already use.
Is my data safe? Can I get it out?
Your data belongs to you. Download a full backup any time, export hours to CSV, and restore on another computer. We never sell or share staff contact details.
